The platform organizes data into three primary views and includes Indigenous and Traditional Territories to recognize their role in conservation efforts, allowing users to easily access global data without specialized software. The GSN3 uses maps to track changes in natural land cover and conservation status over time, helping to identify and protect remaining natural ecosystems and make it clearer where ecologically important places are located and how they are being conserved.
