Huawei Scales EV Platform Deliveries As Automated Driving Partnerships Expand Across China

Huawei Technologies Co. has expanded its presence in the electric vehicle sector through its Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance, delivering 45,046 vehicles in July and a total of 286,000 units in the first seven months of the year. The company invested heavily in research and development for intelligent driving, allocating 10 billion yuan to cloud computing infrastructure. Huawei's Qiankun smart driving platform was deployed in 1.9 million vehicles, with integrations across 25 automotive brands. The flagship tier of the alliance network, including brands like Aito with Seres, Stelato with BAIC, and Shangjie with SAIC Motor, is working together to develop innovative solutions for climate change in the automotive industry, aiming to create more eco-friendly vehicles and reduce carbon emissions. This partnership represents a significant step towards achieving climate-related goals in the transportation sector.
