In Ukraine, Octopus Energy and DTEK have launched Project RISE, a €100 million initiative aimed at installing rooftop solar and battery storage solutions for businesses and public institutions. This project, designed to mitigate power outages resulting from ongoing Russian aggression, will provide equipment at no upfront cost, financed through negotiations with banks and investors.
